~ Pool: The pool is professionally serviced every Tuesday and Friday to ensure it is clean and ready for your enjoyment. The heater is set to a standard, comfortable temperature, and its settings are not adjustable by guests.
~ Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. This is subject to availability based on the cleaning schedule, so please inquire in advance.
~ Safety & Security: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door and overlooking the driveway. To ensure neighborhood peace, a noise decibel monitor is installed inside the property (this device does not record audio, only measures volume levels).
~ Beach Gear: We are happy to provide beach essentials, including chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for your trips to the shore. Please ensure all items are returned to the property after use to avoid replacement charges.
